New Beginnings Staff

Staff at the New Beginnings program work tirelessly to support our residents and ensure the smooth operation of the program 24/7. Our dedicated team consists of the following individuals: Our Director, Peter Ferreri, who leads the program, providing daily teachings, biblical counseling, and overseeing administrative responsibilities. The House Manager position is currently held by Dave Golder who plays a vital on-campus role, ensuring the well-being and management of our facility & residents. Bill Mathews, Work Detail Manager is responsible for work detail assignments, property management, and providing guidance to our residents. Both Managers also lead devotions and teach bible studies on selected nights.


Our staff members are committed to serving and guiding the men in our program, fostering their spiritual growth and helping them overcome addiction through the teachings of Jesus Christ.
