New Beginnings program is staffed 24/7. Daily teaching, biblical counseling and administrative work is conducted by Director, Dustin Harper. House Manager is an on-campus position currently held by Peter Ferreri. The House manager runs work detail, property management and oversees the men several nights a week. There is also a Dorm Captain position held by Bill Mathews who works nights and weekends. Both House Manager and Dorm Captain at times will also run devotions and teach bible studies.
